Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your order until it has been processed in our warehouse. Once the order gets processed(shipped/dispatched), the cancellation will not be supported.

Yes, you can modify the shipping address of your order before it gets processed (shipped/shipped).

To change the shipping address -

1. Go to the “My Order” page.
2. Select the “review your order” option.
3. In the address section, you can update the new shipping address.

To cancel an item in your order list-

1. Log into your account on vkpublications.com.
2. Go to the “My orders” page and identify the item you want to cancel.
3. Click on the “Cancel” button provided on the page.
4. Once your cancellation request is created, the cancellation process will begin as soon as possible.
